At Pipe Band Uniform Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please review our exchange policy below:
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Time Frame: Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you an exchange.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear or are damaged may not be eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process:
Requesting an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Processing Exchanges:
Item Availability: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our exchange criteria. If approved, we will process your exchange and send you the replacement item(s) at no additional charge, provided the new item is of equal or lesser value.
Refunds for Price Differences: If the exchanged item is of lesser value, you will receive a refund for the price difference back to your original payment method.
Non-Exchangeable Items:
Exceptions: Certain items may not be eligible for exchange, including custom-made items, special orders, or items marked as final sale.
